The Philosophy

Organizing is a love language.

A well-kept space isn't about matching bins โ€” it's about knowing exactly where things live.

Libby in Minne works alongside you, room by room, to sort through what you have, decide what stays, and build systems that hold up long after moving day.

Services

Where I start

Closet Organizing

Closet systems built around how you actually get dressed.

Whole-Home Organizing

Kitchens, pantries, playrooms, and garages โ€” every room gets a system that's easy to keep up.

Move-In Setup

Unpacking turned into a head start โ€” boxes sorted and shelved so your new place feels like home from day one.

The Process

How a project goes

01

Consult

I walk the space with you, talk through how you live in it, and set a plan and timeline.

02

Sort & Edit

Everything comes out. I sort what to keep, donate, or let go โ€” no judgment, just clarity.

03

Leave it to Libby

I build a system to match your habits and refresh your space.

Sustainable Organizing

A more thoughtful way to get organized.

Getting organized doesn't have to mean buying a whole new collection of bins, baskets, and containers.

Libby in Minne believes the most sustainable organizing solution is often the one you already have. That's why I'll always work with what you own first, and then we can decide together if anything else is needed.

Your space. Your budget. Your choice.

โ™ป๏ธ Three Ways to Organize Sustainably

01

Shop Your Home

Use what you already have.

Before buying anything new, we'll take a look at what you already own. That forgotten basket in the basement? The extra bins in the closet? Those containers you bought three years ago and never used?

They might be perfect for your space.

I'll help you repurpose and rearrange the organizing products you already have whenever possible โ€” saving you money and keeping perfectly good items out of the landfill.

Best for:

  • โœจ Keeping costs low
  • โœจ Reducing waste
  • โœจ Making the most of what you already own
02

Thrift the Solution

Give pre-loved organizers a second home.

Need a few more bins or baskets? I'm happy to shop secondhand on your behalf.

With your approval, I can visit places like Goodwill to look for baskets, bins, containers, and other organizing pieces that fit your space and style.

Secondhand organizing doesn't have to mean sacrificing aesthetics. We'll look for pieces that are functional, useful, and feel right in your home.

Best for:

  • โœจ Keeping organizing affordable
  • โœจ Giving items a second life
  • โœจ Clients who love a good thrift find

03

Buy New

Sometimes, new is the right choice.

There are times when a brand-new organizing product is exactly what your space needs. If that's the route you prefer, I'm happy to shop for new products from retailers like Target, HomeGoods, The Container Store, and more.

We'll choose products based on your space, your needs, your style, and your budget โ€” not because you need to fill your home with matching containers.

Best for:

  • โœจ Specific spaces or measurements
  • โœจ A cohesive look
  • โœจ Replacing worn-out or broken products
  • โœจ When you simply want something new

What happens with the things you don't need?

Organizing often means discovering items that no longer belong in your space. Rather than automatically throwing things away, we'll talk through options for what happens next.

Depending on the item, that might mean:

Donate
Give it to someone who can use it.
Sell
Turn unused items into a little extra cash.
Repurpose
Find a new use for something you already own.
Recycle
Properly dispose of eligible materials.
Trash
Sometimes, an item has simply reached the end of its life.

We'll make a plan that feels right for you and your belongings.

My Organizing Philosophy

Less buying. More using. More intention.

You don't need to buy 47 matching bins to have an organized home.

Sometimes the best organizing solution is already sitting in your closet. Sometimes it's waiting for us at Goodwill. And sometimes, a new basket from Target is exactly what the space needs.

I'm here to help you figure out which one makes sense.
